Two new sales through Sidewalk Alley Art & Framing!
A local medical office purchased two of my photographs, "Tulip Tree" and "Solace on the Beach" All thanks to the effort of Jane Villani, owner of Sidewalk Alley Art a & Framing. Thank you Jane for you representation of my work and our collaboration!

2nd Place for Digital Abstract "Ronkonkoma Skies
I am very happy to announce that my digital abstract "Ronkonkoma Skies" won 2nd place at the "Celebrate St. James "Artist Choice Exhibit" today!
The exhibit has a mix of mediums with other terrific artist. 1st place went to an oil painting by Fried Mendelsohn, 3rd place was a watercolor by Barbara Heck and 4th prize went to a photograph by Keith Krejci.
I would like to thank exhibit juror, Jane E. Villani for choosing my piece and her kind and inspirational words for all the artist in the show. I would also like to thank Jack Ader, president of Celebrate St James for hosting and curating such a wonderful show!

Fire Island Photograph
Thanks goes out again to Jane, owner of Sidewalk Alley Art & Framing in Mount Sinai. who helped secure another sale of my work to a private collector. This collector was in search for photographs of Fire Island. The art buyer narrowed down to 4 of my images from Ocean Beach. The final choice was my image titled "A New Day" which is a photograph of of the end of the walkway and stairs leading to the beach.
I am once again grateful to Jane for finding a peaceful home for this piece as she tell me that our spiritually guided buyer was looking for a piece that showed "Peaceful tranquility". I am very grateful for the art buyer for bringing my work into their home. It is a great feeling to have my art and imagery in households, office space and galleries throughout Long island!

Installment of Niagara Falls Photograph
The photograph mentioned in earlier posts has been installed. Thank you again to Jane, owner of Sidewalk Alley Art & Framing in Mount Sinai. who helped secure a sale to a private collector who likes to bring the outdoors into their home.
My photograph of Niagara Falls is show here completed and installed. Jane tells me that the collector is very happy!

Speaking Engagement
I have been graciously invited to speak at The Huntington Camera Club meeting on April 18th. I will be presenting and leading a discussion on how to write a Bio and Statement for artists and photographers.

Announcement of two photographs sold!
My photograph "The perfect Rose" was sold at the North Shore Art Guild "Amore" exhibit. 30% of the proceeds goes to Stony Brook Childrens Hospital. I am very proud to be part of this group.
Also Jane E. Villani, owner of Sidewalk Alley Art & Framing in Mount Sinai. helped secure a sale to a private collector who likes to bring the outdoors into their home. Using one of my b/w photographs of Niagara Falls broken into multiple segment cascading down a wall for an interesting effect. See the schematic of the image her. (Final images to come when project is completed.)
Thank you Jane for all of you support and effort on this sale and project! Also a big "Thank You" to the private collector. I am humbled to have my art as part of your home

About the artist:
Paul Cammarata is a photographer, artist and creative director. He is a life long resident of Long Island and has a long history in creative arts and design. He creates imagery through his photography, photo-paintings and digital art.
In his artistic work, Paul creates beyond the traditional image. He takes his art as a form of discovery. Paul focuses in a few niches which will be featured in this exhibit: Nature as Art, Customs & Classics, Destinations, Still life, Abstracts, Photo Paintings and Digital Art
